To access your email via office 365 follow these simple instructions. A step-by-step PDF has been provided along with a quick video.

Quick Instructions:

Update: no new password is required.

  1. www.office.com
  2. Sign In & Update Password
  3. Open Outlook
  4. Done.

These are general instructions and should work for the majority of devices. It is recommended to google instructions for your specific device if you are having difficulty connecting.

iPhone App

Setting Office 365 on an iOS Device

  1. Tap on Settings.
  2. Tap Mail. Then tap Add Account. …
  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Tap Exchange.
  5. Enter your El Concilio email address and password. Then tap Next. …
  6. Enter the server as outlook.office365.com and your username as username@elconcilio.org
  7. Select the types of account information you want to sync on this device. …
  8. You’re done!

 

ADROID APP

Set up Office 365 email on an  Android Device

  1. Tap SETTINGS.
  2. Tap ACCOUNTS.
  3. Tap ADD ACCOUNT.
  4. Tap EXCHANGE.
  5. Tap EMAIL.
  6. Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS (youremail@elconcilio.org) and PASSWORD.
  7. Tap MICROSOFT EXCHANGE ACTIVE SYNC. Android will try to retrieve your server settings.
  8. Click OK 
  9. You are done.
