    To register for one of our classes follow the instructions below.

    Registration

    Alcohol and Drug Diversion Program

    The D.U.I. programs provides services for those arrested and convicted for driving while under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and/or other drugs. D.U.I. has programs for both first and multiple offenders. The programs provides a variety of counseling educational sessions in both English and Spanish designed to confront the dangers, often deadly, and always illegal behavior of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

    El Concilio’s D.U.I. program was established in 1994, and provides services to over 5,000 people per year.

    The State of California and San Joaquin Country have certified El Concilio/Council for the Spanish Speaking as a certified provider of Alcohol/ Drug Diversion Programs for those convicted of driving while under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs.

    How to register?

    To register you will need the following documents.

    1. A Court Order Form
    2. K-4 Form (Driver Record) from the DMV office If you have never had a license please ask for an “X” # at DMV. You must wait a period of 10 business days after your conviction before obtaining a K-4 form from DMV.
    3. Copy of I.D
    4. Please bring you paperwork to El Concilio (445 N. San Joaquin St. Stockton, CA 95202) between  8:00 am to 12:00 pm  and/or 1:00pm to 4:00 pm. We will give you an appointment upon receiving all the paperwork.

    WET RECKLESS

    • 12 Hours of Education
    • Total Cost: $341.00 – Registration Fee: $161.00

    FIRST OFFENDER SERVICES

    3 MONTH PROGAM

    • 20 Hours of Education
    • 10 Hours of group counseling
    • 3 Individual counseling sessions (15 minutes each)
    • Total Cost: $600.00 – Registration Fee: $130.00

    6 MONTH PROGRAM

    • 12 Hours of Education
    • 32 Hours of group counseling
    • 4 Individual counseling sessions (15 minutes each)
    • Total Cost: $841.00 – Registration Fee: $201.00

    9 MONTH PROGRAM

    • 12 Hours of Education
    • 50 Hours of group counseling
    • 5 Individual counseling sessions (15 minutes each)
    • Total Cost: $1,145.00 – Registration Fee: $175.00

    MULTIPLE OFFENDERS SERVICES

    18 MONTH PROGRAM

    • 12 Hours of Education
    • 52 Hours of group counseling
    • 25 Individual counseling sessions (15 minutes each)
    • 6 Sessions of re-entry, 1 hour per month
    • Total Cost: $1,443.00 – Registration Fee: $169.00
