Modesto Site Supervisor

El Concilio is seeking the right person to fill a Site Supervisor positon for our Modesto location office.  They must have experience supervising multiple staff, familiar with contracts and executing them.  Evaluate staff work performance, attend Managers and community meetings on a regular bases and report back to the President/CEO, MUST keep accurate records, and oversee timesheets and attendance.  Search for funding sources and must be familiar with Stanislaus county organizations.  Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.  Salary based on experience and education, full-time with benefits.

Peer Partners

El Concilio is searching for interested individual for our Peer Partners CARE positions.  Must have experience working with the community with service delivery from outreach and engagement through treatment planning and service delivery.  Must have the ability to work with clients who have substance use disorders and behavior health issues.  Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ experience.  $13.00 per hour

Van Driver

El Concilio has an immediate part-time position available for a non-emergency medical appointment van driver.  Driver will provide transportation throughout the Stockton area for medical appointments. Requirements: must have a valid California Driver’s License, excellent driving record; be able to pass fingerprint clearance, clean DMV record.  Open until filled, $13.00 per hour.

State Preschool Teacher – All Year – $14 per hour

El Concilio is accepting applications for El Concilio State Preschool for Teacher positions.  Preschool Teacher is responsible for all components of quality instruction for El Concilio State Preschool Program.  Preschool Teacher adheres to State of California early learning requirements and conduct appropriate observations and assessments while providing individualized curriculum that meets the social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs of children.  You must be able to function with a high level of independence in the design and implementation of instructional activities and assessment. Please submit resume, college transcripts, Early Childhood Teacher Permit.  Full-Time with benefits.

State Associate Teacher – All Year – $12 per hour

El Concilio is accepting applications for Associate Teachers for the State Preschool Program.  The Associate Teacher/Aide is responsible for supporting the teaching staff in the implementation of all components of quality in the program.  The Associate Teacher/Aide will be responsible for assisting the classroom teachers in the general supervision, management, and environment in the class. You must have an Associate Teacher permit or higher, valid California driver’s license, recent tuberculosis clearance and pass Department of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance. Full-Time with benefits.

Temp -Benefit Support Staff – El Concilio -$15 per hour

El Concilio is accepting applications for a temporary Benefit Support Staff to assist HR and Benefits Officer in administration.  This position requires basic knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA regulations. Record keeping of employee information, census of 401k which include exemptions, transfers, and resignations, maintain and update personnel files. Federal report guidelines, collecting and reviewing timesheets for accuracy. Must have excellent writing and computer skills, develop reports, census and maintain employee records for personnel.  Must possess a minimum of a Bachelors or near completion, clear DOJ and FBI.
