CalWORKs
The Concilio's CalWORKs Case Management Program, funded and articulated by Human Services Agency, continues to provide case management, incentives and motivation for Welfare to Work recipients throughout San Joaquin County. With three locations in, Tracy, Lodi and Manteca, the Concilio provides job development, training and placement. Other social services may be available at all of our offices on an as needed basis.
